Overview
HGLRC Soter FPV drone buzzer is a compact audible alarm module with LED indicator light and multiple working modes. It is designed to connect to the flight controller’s buzzer interface and is compatible with Betaflight and Cleanflight flight controllers.
Key Features
- 100 dB loud beeping with LED flashing prompt
- Multiple working modes: flight controller mode, power-off search mode, and optional long-time power-on reminder mode
- Built-in power: built-in power supply can work for about 2 hours after the power is off
- One-button disarm: long press for 5 seconds to release/stop the beeping (and turn off LED in reminder mode)
- Charging status indication: red LED flashing indicates charging; red LED off indicates charging is complete
- Direct plug support; no soldering required (as stated)
Working Modes / Behavior
- Flight controller mode: works like a traditional buzzer and is synchronized with the flight controller’s buzzer driver. In Betaflight Configurator mode options, select Buzzer mode and set up the remote control channel to use the flight control mode.
- Search mode when power-off (default ON): when the flight controller is disconnected from the power supply, after 3 seconds the buzzer will keep beeping and the LED will turn red and flash. Long press the Disarm button for 5 seconds to turn off the beeping.
- Reminder mode with long-time power-on (default OFF): activate by soldering the 30Min pad on the back. If the flight controller is powered on for 30 minutes, the buzzer will keep beeping to remind, and the LED will turn red and flash. Long press the Disarm button for 5 seconds to turn off the beeping; the LED will also turn off.
- Battery charging: when the flight controller is powered on, the FC power supply will charge the HGLRC Soter buzzer automatically.
