Details

High-speed 360° LiDAR scanning supports SLAM mapping and navigation with a 0.15–12 m detection range.

Laser triangulation measures distance points around the sensor to build a 2D outline for localization and mapping.

Omnidirectional 0–360° scanning captures surrounding obstacles for navigation and environment mapping.

An 8000 Hz sample rate helps robots respond quickly with dense, accurate range data.

OPTMAG design uses wireless power and optical communication to reduce wear from physical wiring in rotation.

Scan speed can be tuned from 2–10 Hz by adjusting the motor PWM signal to match different SLAM needs.

Key operating specs at a glance: 12 m range, 8000 Hz sampling, ≤1° angular resolution, and 5 V power input.

Connect via micro USB and integrate using the open-source SDK tools and ROS support where applicable.
