Overview
The Yahboom Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module is a composite temperature/humidity module that integrates a DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor. It outputs digital signals after calibration, combining resistance humidity sensing elements and NTC temperature measurement elements with a high-performance 8-bit MCU for fast response and strong anti-interference performance. Three connection methods are supported for flexible prototyping: alligator clip, DuPont line, and PH2.0 cable.
Key Features
- Integrated DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor; digital signal output after calibration.
- Resistance humidity sensing element + NTC temperature measurement element + high-performance 8-bit MCU.
- Small size with stable performance; designed for long-term stability and reliability.
- Three interface methods for easy wiring: alligator clip connection, DuPont line connection, and PH2.0 cable connection.
- Side row female interface design advantages: not easy to short circuit when using alligator clips; convenient for multi-level connection; does not affect the user experience of the button module.
- Four-corner alligator clip interface: clips are far apart at the four corners, not easy to short, suitable for fast connection.
- PH2.0 foolproof interface: corresponding insertability for convenient use.
- Note: The module must not be exposed to liquid.

Details

The Yahboom YB-M16 V2.0 combines a calibrated DHT11 sensor and onboard MCU to output a stable digital temperature/humidity signal.

Multiple interface designs help reduce accidental shorts and make quick prototyping easier with clips, jumpers, or PH2.0 cables.

Alligator-clip pads at the four corners are spaced to support quick connections on micro:bit setups.

DuPont leads provide a familiar wiring method for Raspberry Pi, STM32, and other common development boards.

The keyed PH2.0 interface offers a simple, foolproof plug-in option for expansion boards and robot kits.

Designed to integrate into a wide range of controller and expansion board ecosystems for flexible project builds.

For DIY monitoring projects, keep the module dry and avoid any liquid exposure during experiments.

Tutorial resources include Arduino and micro:bit code plus a module introduction PDF for faster getting started.

Clear pin labels (VCC/OUT/NC/GND) help wire the digital output correctly across different controller boards.
