Overview
World of Module Series Sensor (Optional Version) is a building block sensor kit concept designed to combine electronics modules with building blocks for creative assembly. It offers 20 kinds of modules, 3 kinds of expansion boards, and an optional basic building block package that can be freely selected to match different projects. Modules use anti-reverse PH2.0 cable connections to simplify wiring, and each module is housed in a blue/white ABS case compatible with building blocks for quick prototyping across micro:bit V2/V1.5, Arduino UNO, and Raspberry Pi Pico platforms.
Key Features
- Free combination / optional selection: “Module Store Self collocation” design with 20 kinds of modules, 3 kinds of expansion boards, and 1 optional basic building block package.
- Quick connect: modules are connected with anti-reverse connection to help prevent incorrect wiring.
- Building block compatibility: supports building blocks to build a variety of creative shapes; module cases reserve block holes on the bottom and around the case for mounting.
- ABS module shell: ABS material case; described as flame-retardant, safe and non-toxic, wear-resistant, and durable.
- Supports multiple programming platforms: Arduino (C/C++), Raspberry Pi Pico (MicroPython), and micro:bit (MakeCode graphical programming).
20 Kinds of Modules (as listed)
- Key input modules (4): button module, potentiometer module, rocker module, collision module.
- Sensor modules (9): gesture recognition module, human body infrared module, infrared module, photosensitive module, sound module, temperature-humidity module, ultrasonic module, vibration module, color recognition module.
- Display modules (3): digital tube module, RGB module, WiFi camera module.
- Remote communication module (1): infrared receiving module.
- Motor drive module (1): vibration motor module.
- Voice interaction modules (2): buzzer module, speech broadcast module.
Single Module Descriptions (visible text)
- RGB light module: can be controlled to display any color.
- Button module: red, green, blue and yellow for choice.
- Rocker module: outputs the analog value of X axis and Y axis to realize rocker control.
- Potentiometer module: changes resistance value by adjusting the knob to change current or voltage of the circuit.
- Collision limit detection module: can be used for collision detection, travel limit, or as a normal switch.
- Photosensitive sensor: senses the light intensity of the current environment.
- Temperature/humidity sensor: integrated DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, with small size and stable performance.
- Sound sensor: detects sound level and changes in the environment.
- Human body infrared module: pyroelectric principle; when someone enters the detection area, the pin outputs a high level signal.
- Infrared detection module: with a pair of diodes, judges obstacles around by transmitting and receiving.
- Infrared receiver module: receives signals from a variety of infrared remote controllers.
- Buzzer module: emits different tones according to PWM signals of different frequencies.

Details

Build interactive projects faster with snap-together sensor modules and optional building blocks across micro:bit, Arduino UNO, and Raspberry Pi Pico.

Choose only the modules you need—20 different sensors and controls are available for custom kits.

Pick the controller expansion board for your platform, then add the optional basic block pack for more build styles.

Modules mount cleanly into building-block structures, making prototypes sturdy enough for classroom use and demos.

Start with micro:bit for MakeCode projects or use Arduino UNO for C/C++ builds using the matching expansion board.

Anti-reverse connectors help reduce wiring mistakes while keeping builds quick to assemble and reconfigure.

Program the same module system in Arduino C/C++, Raspberry Pi Pico MicroPython, or micro:bit MakeCode.

Example builds combine sensors, lights, and displays to turn simple block structures into interactive games.

Each module has a dedicated function—from RGB lighting and buttons to sound, light, and temperature/humidity sensing.
