Configuration Guide
Choose Package, Reduction Ratio, and Voltage and Shaft Layout. The combined voltage-and-shaft option keeps each real configuration selectable. Photos show representative package contents; the selected shaft layout determines the supplied shaft arrangement.
| Shaft layout | Configuration |
|---|---|
| Single Output Shaft | One gearbox output shaft |
| Output Shaft + Rear Motor Shaft | Gearbox output plus an exposed rear motor shaft |
| Double-Sided Output Shaft | Gearbox output extending to both sides |
A rear motor shaft is different from a double-sided gearbox output. An exposed shaft does not include an encoder. Match the power supply to the selected rated motor voltage.
Performance at Rated Voltage
No-load speed and rated-load speed are different operating conditions. Choose by rated torque at the required speed. Stall current is a reference limit, not a continuous operating current.
12V — 0.55W motor
| Ratio | No-load RPM | Rated torque (kgf·cm) | Rated torque (N·m) | Rated RPM |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 42:1 | 380 | 0.1 | 0.01 | 300 |
| 118:1 | 135 | 0.3 | 0.03 | 105 |
| 236:1 | 68 | 0.65 | 0.064 | 53 |
| 302:1 | 53 | 0.8 | 0.079 | 41 |
| 603:1 | 27 | 1.6 | 0.16 | 20 |
| 1030:1 | 16 | 2.4 | 0.24 | 12 |
No-load current: ≤85 mA; rated current: ≤0.23 A; stall current: ≤1.0 A.
6V — 0.15W motor
| Ratio | No-load RPM | Rated torque (kgf·cm) | Rated torque (N·m) | Rated RPM |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 42:1 | 190 | 0.05 | 0.005 | 140 |
| 118:1 | 67 | 0.15 | 0.015 | 50 |
| 236:1 | 33 | 0.32 | 0.031 | 25 |
| 302:1 | 26 | 0.4 | 0.039 | 20 |
| 603:1 | 13 | 0.8 | 0.079 | 10 |
| 1030:1 | 8 | 1.2 | 0.12 | 6 |
No-load current: ≤65 mA; rated current: ≤0.18 A; stall current: ≤0.6 A.
Avoid stall operation and loads above 3 kgf·cm. This load ceiling is not a continuous torque rating; use the rated torque for the selected voltage and ratio. Worm gearing provides resistance to back-driving, but no rated holding-brake capacity is specified.
Mechanical Installation
Use the three-hole triangular mounting pattern with matching M1.4 screws. Consult the dimension drawing for tolerances, mounting-hole positions and shaft clearances. Check the selected single-output, rear-shaft or double-sided-output arrangement before designing the coupling or mount.
Applications
Suitable integration examples include small robot mechanisms, tracking vehicles, camera motion rigs, smart appliances and electric tape dispensers when the selected speed, torque, supply and mounting dimensions fit the mechanism.

FAQ
Is the rear shaft the same as a double-sided output?
No. The rear shaft extends from the motor itself, while a double-sided output extends from both sides of the gearbox. Select the layout required by your mechanism.
Does every package include a speed controller or power supply?
No. Only packages listing a PWM controller or power supply include those items.
Does the same ratio give the same speed at 6V and 12V?
No. Compare the separate 6V and 12V tables and use the selected rated voltage. The listed rated speed applies under the corresponding rated load.
