Overview
The Kunwei KWR75EC series is a six-axis strain-gauge force-torque sensor for robotic assembly, machining and force-measurement tasks. Its 75 mm body integrates industrial Ethernet with UDP and TCP support, avoiding a separate serial-port server box. Four versions provide different axis-specific force and torque ranges, while all share 1000 Hz sampling, a 12–48 VDC supply requirement and an anodized aluminum-alloy body.
Features
- Measures force on Fx, Fy and Fz and torque on Mx, My and Mz.
- Integrated industrial Ethernet module with UDP and TCP support reduces occupied space and connection complexity by eliminating a separate serial-port server box.
- Four selectable versions: KWR75BEC, KWR75CEC, KWR75DEC and KWR75FEC, with distinct measurement ranges and weights.
- Shared performance specifications include 0.03% FS resolution, 0.1% FS repeatability and a 300% FS overload rating.
- Anodized aluminum-alloy construction with an IP64 protection rating.

FAQ
How do I choose between KWR75BEC, KWR75CEC, KWR75DEC and KWR75FEC?
Match both the force and torque ranges to your application: KWR75FEC offers 100 N on Fx/Fy/Fz and 4 N·m on Mx/My/Mz; KWR75BEC offers 200 N on Fx/Fy/Fz and 8 N·m on Mx/My/Mz. KWR75CEC provides 400 N on Fx/Fy, 500 N on Fz and 12 N·m on Mx/My/Mz; KWR75DEC provides 500 N on Fx/Fy, 700 N on Fz and 18 N·m on Mx/My/Mz.
Does the KWR75EC require a separate serial-port server box?
No. The KWR75EC integrates an industrial Ethernet module with UDP and TCP support, eliminating the need for a separate serial-port server box.
Can I use a 24 VDC supply with the KWR75EC?
Yes. A 24 VDC supply is within the specified 12–48 VDC supply range shared by all four KWR75EC versions.
