Overview

The AxisFlying Argus Mini F7 Pro is a compact flight controller for 3, 3.5 and 3.6 inch cinewhoop and tiny freestyle drones. The Argus Mini F7 FC option supports 4–6S LiPo input and is described for use with analog and HD digital FPV systems.

• STM32F722RET6 processor with MPU6000 or ICM-42688-P gyro option.
• 5 V BEC rated to 3 A maximum.
• OSD, barometer support and 16M blackbox storage.
• Five UART sets: UART1–5.
• 20 × 20 mm mounting pattern for M2 or M3 hardware.
• Type-C port and BOOT button.

Applications

Designed for 3, 3.5 and 3.6 inch cinewhoop and tiny freestyle drone builds, with support described for analog and HD digital FPV systems.

Connections and Installation Notes

Camera, GPS, VTX and receiver pads

• Camera pads: VIDEO, 5V and GND.
• Buzzer pads: BZ+ and BZ−.
• GPS pads: POL, SCL, SDA, T6, R5, 5V and GND. For GPS without a magnetometer, SCL and SDA connections are not required.
• Analog VTX pads: SAIRC−, VIDEO, 5V, GND, BAT and R2.
• TBS Nano Receiver CRSF connection: GND, 5V, CH1 and CH2.
• ELRS Receiver CRSF connection: GND, 5V, TX and RX.
• SBUS Receiver connection: GND, 5V and SBUS.

4-in-1 ESC and HD system connectors

• 4-in-1 ESC connector: BAT, GND, CURR, TELE, M1, M2, M3 and M4.
• HD System connector: BAT, GND, R1, TX, GND, R2 and SBUS; identified for DJI O3 Air Unit, Avatar HD, and Vista / Link.
• Disconnect SBUS (R2) when not using the DJI FPV Controller.
• Confirm the interface definition and ensure it is correct before soldering.
