Overview
The SKYRC Toro TS50 is a brushless sensored ESC (electronic speed controller) designed for 1/10 scale buggy and touring RC cars. It features an electronic push-button power switch, compact aluminum heatsink design, and tuning support for throttle/brake response, including custom curve adjustment and profile storage.
Key Features
- Electronic power switch: Push-button operation helps eliminate intermittent contact issues associated with ordinary mechanical switches.
- Sensored system support: Sensor socket for sensored brushless setups; also supports sensorless brushless motors.
- Optimized internal structure: Aluminum case, red copper bar, MOSFET layout, and 6-layer PCB (4.0oz) for lower resistance and improved heat handling.
- Tuning & programmability: Adjustable punch/brake control rate and customizable throttle/brake curves.
- 10 user modifiable profiles: Store, recall, export, and import settings for comparison and analysis.
- Firmware update support: Firmware can be updated by connecting the ESC to a PC.
- Safety protections: Low voltage protection, motor and ESC overheat protection, and signal lost protection.
- Fan interface: Fan power interface is provided; fan is listed as an optional part.

The electronic push-button power switch helps reduce intermittent contact issues compared with mechanical switches.

An optimized internal structure with an aluminum case and robust PCB design helps lower resistance and manage heat.

Programming and updates can be handled through a PC connection for quick setup changes between runs.

Built-in protections cover low voltage, overheat, and signal loss, with firmware update support via PC.

A compact footprint fits 1/10 buggy and touring car electronics bays, with a dedicated fan power interface.

Throttle and brake response can be tuned with punch control and curve adjustments to match track conditions.

Save and recall up to 10 user profiles to compare setups or switch between driving styles quickly.
