Electrical Performance
The following operating-point references are at 11.1V DC. No-load, stalled and maximum-efficiency conditions differ; the values should not be treated as one simultaneous operating condition.
| Operating point | Speed | Current | Torque |
|---|---|---|---|
| No-load reference | 38,500 rpm | 1.0 A | â |
| Stall reference | 0 rpm | 84 A | 2,280 gf·cm |
| Maximum-efficiency operating point | 34,200 rpm | 9.1 A | 225 gf·cm |
The specification limits below are separate from the individual reference test points. The rated voltage must remain stable at the motor terminals for the stated stall-current test condition.
| Specification / condition | Limit |
|---|---|
| Stall torque at rated voltage | â„193 mN·m; also listed asâ„1930 gf·cm |
| Stall current at stable11.1V motor-terminal voltage | â„72 A |
Stall figures are not continuous operating ratings. Avoid blocking the shaft, and use a supply, conductors and switching equipment appropriate for the selected operating point and starting current. The 150°C reference is for magnet material and does not establish a complete motor operating-temperature rating.
Mechanical Dimensions and Gear Selection
Check the output-shaft diameter, D-flat, projection, mounting-hole spacing and terminal clearance against the mechanism. The dimension drawing identifies the corresponding positive and negative terminal marks. Confirm the actual motor orientation before connection.
The bevel-gear option has a 2 mm bore and a 1.5 mm D-flat reference. Its image identifies an 8 mm front-view diameter, a 7 mm side-view dimension and a 5.11 mm axial dimension. Check the mating gear dimensions and tooth engagement before selecting this package; the motor format alone does not establish gearbox compatibility.
Applications
For compatible compact toy and model drives, flywheel mechanisms and small-car applications when their supply, current, load and mechanical requirements match this motor. No particular gearbox, battery or controller compatibility is implied.

FAQ
What is the output-shaft shape?
It is a 2 mm shaft with a 1.5 mm D-flat reference. Check the 9.3 mm projection and 6.5 mm flat-length references against the intended coupling.
Does the basic motor option include a bevel gear?
No. Select the package that explicitly names the steel-cut bevel gear.
Are the 38,500 rpm and 84 A figures one running operating point?
No. 38,500 rpm is a no-load reference, while 84 A is a stalled-current reference. Do not operate continuously at stall.
Can the complete motor run at 150°C?
The 150°C figure describes the referenced magnet material. It is not a complete-motor operating-temperature specification.
