Built-in brushless driver and wiring

The supplier specifies the five-wire version without braking as standard. Six-wire brake diagrams are reference information; request and confirm the brake version before ordering. It is not a separate selectable variant here.

Never reverse red/black supply polarity. Change direction through the white control input, and stop the motor before switching direction. The supplier diagrams disagree on CW/CCW labels; white open and white low select opposite directions, and output-shaft direction also depends on gearing. Do not rely on the generic polarity-reversal text found in some source images.

Yellow FG is an open-collector speed-feedback output, not a controller input or a quadrature position encoder. The supplier specifies a 4.7 kΩ pull-up to 5V and a maximum output current of 3mA. Pulses per gearbox revolution depend on reduction ratio. Do not connect yellow FG to the illustrated speed controller.

The source lists 0–5V control signals and PWM frequency of 10–60kHz, with 20–30kHz recommended. Keep control inputs separate from the 12V/24V motor supply. For the six-wire reference, the blue input at ground commands full speed and green at ground applies braking. Follow the wiring diagram for the supplied version.

Use matching DC voltage and a compatible brushless control board. Do not connect the motor directly to AC. Reducing speed may reduce available torque. Avoid overload and stall.
