Gear Construction
The standard configuration uses a POM wormwheel paired with a copper-alloy worm. The comparison image also shows a copper wormwheel alternative, but no copper-wheel material selector is offered here. Do not treat the alternative image as included hardware. Worm gearing provides resistance to back-driving;holding behavior depends on ratio, load and mechanism, and should be checked for the application.
Performance by Voltage and Winding
The A and B winding designations identify different motor references, not encoder types. In particular, the two 12V windings have different speed and current characteristics. Match the selected winding and ratio before using a table.
24V B
Maximum-output reference 6W;no-load current ≤200mA. Maximum output is a separate operating reference, not continuous output at every ratio.

The merged high-ratio stall entries retain the≥35.0 kgf·cm reference and explicitly prohibit stalled operation. They do not establish a continuous holding or running rating. Avoid overload and stalling;choose the required running torque from the rated-torque column.
Mounting and Wiring
Check the 6 mm shaft,5.4 mm flat,18.5 mm projection,12 mm flat-length reference and M3×0.5 shaft-center thread. The complete drawing separates shaft-center thread depth from the four gearbox mounting holes. Confirm screw fit, clearance and bracket orientation before tightening.
The standard bracket drawing shows a 38 mm width,46 mm upright,30 mm base and 3 mm thickness, with two central apertures and slotted base mounting. The illustrated installation hardware belongs to the bracket assembly.
Use a DC source matching the selected 6V,12V or 24V winding. The terminal-board package provides a solderless connection interface and corresponding lead assembly;it does not regulate speed. The external controller illustration is a separate4.5–35V DC input reference and is not included. Follow its power-input polarity and never connect its board directly to household AC. Motor-terminal polarity can be reversed to change direction;do not reverse the controller's power-input polarity.
Applications
Compatible smart locks, appliances, small robots, intelligent refueling mechanisms, display racks and educational robotic drives where the selected speed, load and mounting fit the mechanism. Verify back-driving behavior and holding requirements in the actual application.

FAQ
Is the standard wormwheel made from copper?
No. The standard reference uses POM. The copper-wheel comparison shows a separate alternative with no material selector here.
Are the two 12V winding choices equivalent?
No.12V A and 12V B have different speed, current and output references. Use the matching table.
Can the motor be held at the listed stall torque?
No. The tables explicitly prohibit stalled operation. Stall figures must not be used as continuous running or holding ratings.
Does the solderless board control speed?
No. It provides the pictured motor connection interface and lead assembly. A speed controller is separate.
Is the shaft-center M3 thread a gearbox mounting hole?
No. It is an axial shaft feature. The four gearbox mounting holes are separate interfaces.
