Overview

The SITO DRIVE HS-20-IV reducer is offered in 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120 speed-ratio options for the listed robotics scenarios, including humanoid robots, robotic arms, exoskeletons, quadruped robots, AGV vehicles, and ARU robots. Select the ratio against its corresponding torque and backlash values: rated torque at a 2000 r/min input ranges from 15 to 40 Nm, while backlash varies by option.

Features

  • Five selectable speed ratios: 30, 50, 80, 100, and 120.
  • Maximum allowable input speed of 6500 rpm and allowable average speed of 3500 rpm for every listed ratio.
  • Backlash of ≤20 arcsec for ratios 30 and 50, and ≤10 arcsec for ratios 80, 100, and 120.

Applications

  • Humanoid robots: choose a listed ratio and its corresponding torque values for reduction requirements in humanoid robot mechanisms.
  • Robotic arms: use the ratio-specific torque and backlash figures when selecting a reducer for robotic-arm mechanisms.
  • Exoskeletons and quadruped robots: compare the available ratio options with the listed operating torque and speed limits.
  • AGV vehicles and ARU robots: select from the available ratios according to the required reduction and the applicable table values.
