Overview

The Yahboom Digital tube module is a 4-digit digital tube display module (red) with an onboard TM1650 driver chip, allowing the display to be driven directly via I2C (IIC) without MCU loop dynamic scanning. This helps reduce single-chip CPU occupancy and simplifies wiring and programming for common controller boards and expansion boards.

  • 0.36 inch, 4-digit common cathode digital tube (red).
  • TM1650 integrated driver; I2C directly drives the display (no dynamic scanning program required).
  • Three connection methods: alligator clip connection, DuPont line connection (side row female interface), and PH2.0 cable connection.
  • Supports common controllers such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and Micro:bit.
  • Interface design notes from the module documentation: not easy to short circuit when using alligator clips; convenient for multi-level connection; alligator clips are far apart at the four corners (suitable for fast connection); PH2.0 foolproof interface has corresponding insertability.
  • Note: the module has been soldered to the DuPont interface and PH2.0 cable interface by default.
