24GP-370 planetary gear motor

Compact brushed planetary DC gear motor with metal gears and reversible rotation. This is the version without an encoder.

Select the rated DC voltage and no-load output speed, shaft diameter where offered, and accessory package. Actual speed decreases under load. Accessories are included only when named in the selected package.

Specifications

12V or 24V DC according to selected variant; 9–1200RPM no-load output.
Body diameter 24.4mm; motor section 30.8mm; gearbox L 20.5–38mm.
Standard shaft 6mm diameter ×16mm projection, 12mm flat length and 5.5mm across flat. The 4mm drawing is an alternative reference, not a selectable option.
Four M2.5 mounting holes, 4mm deep, on a 19mm pitch circle; locating boss 9mm.
Motor weight approximately 95–135g according to ratio.

Wiring and operation

Use a DC supply matching the selected voltage. Never connect the motor directly to household AC. Reverse rotation by swapping the motor leads or using a compatible reversing controller. A suitable PWM controller can adjust speed; lowering speed may reduce available torque. Avoid overload and stalled operation.
