24GP-370 planetary gear motor

24GP-370 brushed planetary gear motor with an A/B magnetic Hall encoder. This is a separate encoder-equipped version.

Select the rated DC voltage and no-load output speed, shaft diameter where offered, and accessory package. Actual speed decreases under load. Accessories are included only when named in the selected package.

Specifications

12V or 24V DC according to selected variant; 9–1200RPM output.
Body diameter approximately 24mm; motor section 31mm plus 8.7mm encoder extension.
Illustrated 6mm shaft projects 16mm with a 12mm flat and 5.5mm across flat. Overview table also says 15mm; confirm the selected shaft if fit is critical. The 4mm alternative drawing is not a sale option.
Four M2.5 mounting holes, 4mm deep, on a 19mm pitch circle; 9mm locating boss; cable approximately 150mm.

The supplier reuses the 24GP-370 performance chart, including 6V reference data and weights for the plain motor. Use the encoder overview weight of approximately 150g for this version. The overview has inconsistent voltage/ratio text; available options are 12V/24V and ratios in the table above.

A/B Hall encoder

Two-channel incremental magnetic Hall encoder, 11 pulses per motor revolution per channel before gearing. The source lists 22 magnetic poles (11 pole pairs), 100kHz response, built-in pull-up resistors and a PH2.0 connector. Encoder supply is 3.3–5V DC, separate from the motor supply.

Reverse only the red/white motor leads to change rotation. Never swap encoder power polarity or apply 12V/24V to encoder supply or signals. For one edge of one channel, gearbox output RPM = 60 × pulse frequency (Hz) / (11 × gear ratio). Quadrature counting conventions may use a different count multiplier.

Where power and current do not agree, confirm actual supply demand rather than assuming the listed wattage is verified electrical input power. Stall torque is a limit, not a continuous operating rating. No waterproof rating is supplied.
