Overview

Creality K2 Plus Combo is a large-format FDM 3D printer designed for multi-color and multi-material printing with the Creality Automatic Material System (CFS). With a 350 x 350 x 350 mm build volume, step-servo motor system, dual AI cameras, and an actively heated chamber with a high-temp nozzle (hardened steel tip), it targets fast printing, reliable first layers, and smarter filament handling.

Key Features

16-color printing with CFS: Connect up to four CFS units to print in up to 16 colors. The CFS connection hub is located on the back.
Intelligent management of multiple filaments: Auto identification & mapping; auto run-out/tangle detection; auto filament switch & relay; moisture-proof filament storage; spring-loaded batten bar; cardboard spool compatibility.
High-speed motion system: Step-servo motor system (step-servo motor x5). Acceleration up to 30000 mm/s^2 and printing speed up to 600 mm/s.
Quiet operation: Working noise is only 45 dB.
High-flow printing: 40 mm^3/s high-flow hotend (with an 80 W heater). Flow rate of ABS at 280bC can reach 40 mm^3/s (66% higher than the previous design).
Multi-material capability: Actively heated chamber & high-temp nozzle with hardened steel tip; materials listed include PLA/ABS/PETG/PA-CF/PLA-CF/PET/ASA/PPA-CF.
Dual AI cameras: Chamber AI camera for print failure detection (spaghetti failure, foreign objects, idling, etc.), alerts, real-time monitoring, and time-lapse filming; toolhead AI camera for flow-rate tuning (pressure advance tuning and flow rate optimization).
Anti-tilt auto leveling: Dual independently motorized Z-axes for automatic tilt reduction, strain gauge-based auto-leveling compensation, and pro-level first layer performance.
Stable structure: Sturdy die-cast "Matrix" frame; dual Z-axis assisted by 4 linear rods; 5 mm thick aluminum alloy heatbed.
Active belt tensioning: Belt tension is checked and adjusted actively via a pressure sensor.
Filament handling & safety features: Automated run-out and sensor filament cutter; built-in RFID tag reader; auto filament backup; filament tangle sensor; air purifier; lighting.
Cooling and support handling: Two auxiliary fans (part cooling airflow nearly doubled). Supports highlighted include water-soluble supports and snap-away supports.
