The Hangkai Microelectronic HKVL-80 is an 80mm-diameter six-axis force/torque sensor with an alloy-steel body, integrated signal electronics and a reinforced cable outlet. Choose 80D or 80E to measure three forces and three moments for robotic force-control and industrial test integration.

FS means full scale. Values are supplier data. The overload figure is not a recommended continuous operating load, and resolution should not be confused with measurement accuracy.
Communication and Integration
The communication illustration additionally lists Modbus over RS485 and CAN2.0, alongside CAN-FD and EtherCAT. The 80D/80E sales labels do not specify a delivered interface suffix, while a generic Gallery banner mentions EtherCAT. These describe available configurations rather than proving every protocol is included simultaneously. Confirm the actual protocol, connector pinout, power wiring and sample-rate setting for the selected sensor before integration.
The source emphasizes high-rate sampling, real-time transmission, low cross-talk and a reinforced cable gland. It supplies no numerical IP rating, cable length, cross-talk limit, thermal range or detailed mounting-hole drawing. Check the delivered mechanical drawing before designing a mounting plate.
Sales Options and Package Scope
- 80D sensor: one sensor with the 1200/2000N and 30N·m ranges above.
- 80E sensor: one sensor with the 1500/3000N and 40N·m ranges above.
- RS485-to-USB adapter only: separate PC connection accessory; no sensor.

The two adapters retain their shared source image. Select an adapter to match the actual sensor interface. A CAN-to-USB label does not establish CAN-FD support. Generic sensor photographs show series views; they are not extra units or variant-specific interface evidence.
