Overview
The Kpower P0080 is an 8 g PWM micro servo for small RC models, educational robot kits and compact positioning mechanisms. Its coreless motor, POM gears and potentiometer feedback are housed in a plastic case measuring 23 × 12 × 23.6 mm. Operating from 4.8–8.4 V, it provides voltage-dependent torque and speed specifications for selecting an actuator for lightweight steering, control linkages and robotic movement.
Features
- Compact, lightweight construction with an 8 g weight and plastic housing.
- Coreless motor with potentiometer position feedback.
- POM plastic gears described as low noise, with dual ball bearings.
- Standard PWM control with a three-position connector and black, red and white three-wire lead.
- Mounting tabs with holes at both ends of the housing.

Applications
- Micro RC cars: Actuate steering linkages in compact models, including 1/24-scale cars, using the small housing and 8 g construction.
- RC aircraft: Move control linkages in small fixed-wing airplanes, fixed-wing drones and helicopters where a lightweight PWM servo is required.
- RC boats: Operate compact steering or control linkages through PWM commands.
- Educational robotics: Add controlled movement to Arduino robot kits, STEAM kits, small wheeled robots, micro robots, mini bionic robots and robot toys using potentiometer position feedback.
- Camera positioning: Actuate lightweight positioning mechanisms in micro and smart camera gimbals with the compact coreless-motor design.
- Smart game controllers: Add PWM-controlled mechanical movement to compact interactive mechanisms.
Integration Requirements
Use a supply within the 4.8–8.4 V operating range and observe the specified PWM pulse and frequency ranges. Discuss any required wire length, control type or position-sensor requirements with the supplier before selecting a customized configuration.
