Usually it comes fully assembled and it contains frame, flight controller, ESCs and motors. PNP FPV drones also come with camera and VTX (5.8G video transmitter). BTW, PNF stands for Plug-N-Fly and it is about the same with PNP.

PNP FPV drones come assembled with all necessary components except for the transmitter, receiver, and batteries. This format gives the buyer flexibility to use their preferred equipment, and it is often an appealing choice for experienced hobbyists.

To match or set up a PNP FPV drone, the following steps are generally needed:

  1. Choose a compatible transmitter and receiver: This is important as the transmitter (the controller) and receiver (mounted on the drone) need to be able to communicate. The specific matching process can vary based on the brand and model of the devices. Generally, you would bind the receiver to the transmitter, a process that pairs them so they can communicate with each other.

  2. Install the receiver: The receiver needs to be connected to the drone's flight controller. This usually involves plugging the receiver into the correct port and securing it in a suitable position on the drone.

  3. Battery: Choose a compatible battery based on the drone's requirements. Check the drone manual for battery specifications.

  4. Configuration and calibration: The drone might need to be configured or calibrated using software like Betaflight or Cleanflight. This typically includes setting the channels, adjusting the flight modes, and configuring the fail-safe settings.

Recommended PNP FPV drones (as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021) include:

  1. iFlight Nazgul5: This is a 5-inch PNP drone known for its solid performance and durability. It's a good choice for both beginners and experienced pilots.

  2. GEPRC MARK4: This is a high-performance drone, known for its fast speed and stability. It's more suitable for experienced pilots due to its advanced features.

  3. Eachine Wizard X220HV: This PNP drone is often recommended for beginners due to its affordability and durability.

  4. Diatone GT M530: A larger, more powerful drone, the Diatone GT M530 is suited to more advanced flyers who want speed and agility.
