Use recommended-load torque to select continuous or long-running applications. Instantaneous-load figures apply to occasional short loading only. Recommended-load,instantaneous-load and stall references are separate;maximum power is not a continuous-duty rating. All torque values below are kgf·cm and are not payload ratings.
The maximum permissible instantaneous gearbox load is40kgf·cm. Red merged cells state this limit rather than a measured stall torque. Do not exceed the limit;avoid frequent starting and reversing. Mounting and Mechanical Dimensions
The optional bracket can be fitted on the front with adjustable left/right orientation,or on the rear where the gearbox provides threaded holes. The bracket drawing shows56mm width,50mm rise,37mm base depth and3mm thickness;four4.5mm-diameter and four3.5mm-diameter references,R3/R10 profiles,40mm/28mm/18mm/20mm/14mm/30mm relationships and5.5mm slots. Refer to the complete drawing for each dimension relationship before fabrication.
The motor drawing also marks front/rear4.4mm/4.5mm projections,2mm cover offsets,rear2.0mm projection and12mm rear boss diameter. Confirm actual shaft,boss,bolt pattern and bracket clearance before installation.

Installation and Operation
Use a DC supply matched to the selected voltage and winding. Reverse motor polarity to change rotation;avoid frequent reversing and repeated starts. Do not overload,stall or force the output shaft. Worm self-locking behavior is not a safety brake or an independently rated holding-load guarantee. Load changes affect speed,current and heat.
FAQ
Is40kgf·cm the continuous torque rating?
No. It is the maximum permissible instantaneous gearbox load. Select long-running applications using the recommended-load table for your winding and ratio.
Can I select212:1?
No. It is retained only as a series performance reference.
Do all24VType50ratios remain available?
No.17:1,36:1 and280:1 were excluded because their source stock was zero.
Does the mounting illustration mean two brackets are supplied?
No. It illustrates front and rear mounting alternatives for the optional single bracket.
