The Hangkai Microelectronic HKVL-75 is a compact six-axis force/torque sensor for measuring forces Fx, Fy and Fz together with moments Mx, My and Mz. Its 75mm-diameter aluminum-alloy housing integrates signal conditioning and an ADC, providing force feedback for robotic assembly, polishing, contact testing and other measurement applications.
Choose Your Configuration
Select a complete 75AS, 75A, 75B, 75C or 75D sensor with RS485 output, or the separately listed custom 75D EtherCAT sensor. The flange and USB adapters are accessory-only selections and do not include a sensor. Match the interface to your controller; buying a CAN-to-USB adapter does not convert an RS485 sensor into a CAN sensor.
Measurement Ranges by Model
| Parameter | 75AS | 75A | 75B | 75C | 75D |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fx range (N) | 80 | 150 | 200 | 300 | 400 |
| Fy range (N) | 80 | 150 | 200 | 300 | 400 |
| Fz range (N) | 80 | 150 | 200 | 300 | 400 |
| Mx range (N·m) | 3 | 5 | 8 | 13 | 20 |
| My range (N·m) | 3 | 5 | 8 | 13 | 20 |
| Mz range (N·m) | 3 | 5 | 8 | 13 | 20 |
Ranges apply to the corresponding axis and selected model. Force and torque ranges are measurement ratings; they are not a robot payload or lifting-capacity specification. The supplier lists these ranges without a signed ± convention.

FS means full scale. Specifications and performance statements are supplied by the manufacturer; no independent certification or calibration report is implied. Custom sampling rates and interfaces are configuration capabilities, not a guarantee that every setting is enabled on every unit.
Integration Features
- Built-in ADC and signal-processing electronics simplify controller integration.
- The supplier describes multi-axis calibration, low cross-axis coupling, temperature compensation and low zero/temperature drift.
- PC software is shown for graphical measurement display; confirm software, operating-system and protocol support for your application.
- Suitable integration projects include robot contact-force feedback, assembly, grinding/polishing, automotive testing and structural monitoring.
Mounting and Interface Selection
Confirm your robot flange dimensions, mounting pattern, load cases, protocol and controller support before ordering. The source mentions collaborative-robot applications, including DOBOT and FAIRINO, but does not provide verified model-specific flange compatibility, pinouts or a plug-and-play integration guarantee. Do not assume one adapter fits every arm.
What's Included
- Sensor selections: one HKVL-75 sensor of the selected range and interface; product photographs show an attached cable. Cable length, connector, external power supply and calibration documents are not specified.
- Robot-arm Adapter Flange Only: one separately selected mounting flange; no sensor included. Confirm dimensions for your arm.
- RS485-to-USB Adapter Only: one PC communications adapter; no sensor included.
- CAN-to-USB Adapter Only: one PC communications adapter; no sensor included. Confirm compatibility with the required CAN/CAN-FD protocol.
Choose the model using the force and moment limits on all six axes, allowing for the complete application load. Contact us before ordering a custom EtherCAT configuration or any integration requiring an unlisted interface.
