The Hangkai Microelectronic HKVS series combines a robot arm, a wrist-mounted six-axis force/torque sensor and an HKVR-TG9801 tactile electric gripper in a model-matched integration kit. Select FAIRINO FR3C, FR3 or FR5, DOBOT Nova2 or Nova5, or AgileX PiPER. The separate Intel RealSense D405 option supplies a camera only.
Choose Your Kit
| Kit | Robot arm | Force/torque sensor | Gripper |
|---|---|---|---|
| HKVS-06 | FAIRINO FR3C / FR3-C | HKVL-75AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
| HKVS-01 | FAIRINO FR3 | HKVL-75AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
| HKVS-02 | FAIRINO FR5 | HKVL-75AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
| HKVS-03 | DOBOT Nova2 | HKVL-75AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
| HKVS-04 | DOBOT Nova5 | HKVL-75AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
| HKVS-05 | AgileX PiPER | HKVL-56AS | HKVR-TG9801 |
Each kit option identifies one arm, one sensor and one gripper. Gallery collages show configuration examples and separate component views; they do not indicate two arms or extra grippers in one kit. The saved materials use both schematic gripper views and assembled cylindrical-housing photographs. The named model configuration controls the selection; confirm the delivered mechanical revision and connector arrangement.
Force and Tactile Feedback
The wrist sensor measures three forces and three moments, while the gripper provides tactile feedback at the contact surface. Supplier illustrations show gravity compensation, unloaded zeroing and a 500g test-weight demonstration. These are integration examples, not a guarantee of weighing accuracy or a complete calibrated weighing system. Tactile sensing, wrist force sensing and the arm's six motion axes are distinct functions.
HKVL-75AS Reference
For the five 75AS kit configurations, the saved reference lists Fx/Fy/Fz ranges of 80N each, Mx/My/Mz ranges of 3N·m each, resolution below 0.03% FS, accuracy 0.5% FS, and 75mm diameter × 31.5mm height. FS means full scale. These 75AS values do not apply automatically to the PiPER kit's 56AS sensor; the saved kit sheet does not establish that version's ranges or mechanical dimensions.
HKVR-TG9801 Reference
| Stroke / opening travel | 98mm, source stated |
|---|---|
| Tactile sensing | Three-axis force |
| Single-finger holding force | 0.02–20N |
| Position repeatability | 0.2mm |
| Fastest opening / closing time | 0.5 / 1.6 seconds |
| Gripper payload in kit sheet | 2kg, component reference only |
Component payload and range values are separate ratings. The assembled system's usable load depends on the arm, sensor limits, tool mass, center of gravity, finger contact and motion. Do not add component payload ratings or assume a 2kg gripper reference establishes a 2kg assembled-kit payload. The PiPER manufacturer's quick-start reference rates the bare arm for 1.5kg; installed tooling reduces the remaining workpiece allowance.
FR3C Reference Configuration
The local HKVS-06 sheet identifies a FAIRINO FR3-C arm with 622mm reach, 3kg nominal arm payload and ±0.05mm pose repeatability. These arm figures are specific to FR3C, not a specification for FR3, FR5, Nova2, Nova5 or PiPER. Choose the required model explicitly and verify its controller, software and delivered interface configuration.
Installation and Integration
The supplier describes arm-matched accessories, aviation-connector adapter cables, main-component pre-fitting and an installation video. The exact control-box, teach-pendant, power-supply and cable contents are not itemized separately for every option in the saved page; confirm the delivered configuration before planning the workcell. Installation, payload/center-of-gravity settings, gravity compensation, zeroing and software configuration remain necessary. Desktop PC, test weights, worktable and demonstration fixtures are not listed as included.
D405 Camera-Only Option
The optional Intel RealSense D405 is a separate camera purchase. The source image lists 42 × 42 × 23mm dimensions and 60g mass. Selecting it does not include a robot arm, force sensor, gripper or mounting bracket. A camera is not implied to be supplied with the six kit options.
