Overview

The Kpower DMC811 is a slim, aluminum-case servo motor for RC airplanes, fixed-wing drones and other compact motion-control tasks. Its 30 × 10 × 35 mm body weighs 29 g and combines metal gears with a DC brushed motor. Torque is 6.6 kg·cm at 4.8 V or 8.2 kg·cm at 6.0 V, with corresponding speeds of 0.15 and 0.12 s/60° for voltage-dependent selection.

Features

  • Slim aluminum-alloy housing with a 10 mm body width.
  • Metal gear train driven by a DC brushed motor.
  • Splined output shaft with a 25T, Ø5 mm horn interface.
  • Three mounting tabs with holes for mechanical installation.
  • Potentiometer position sensing and two ball bearings (2BB).
  • 120° travel angle, with customization stated for the travel range.

Applications

  • RC airplanes, fixed-wing drones and specialized aircraft: compact linkage actuation where the 10 mm-wide body helps accommodate a narrow installation space.
  • RC cars: mechanical linkage movement using a splined output shaft and mounting tabs.
  • Educational robot kits: controlled joint or linkage movement using potentiometer position sensing and a metal gear train.
  • Consumer electronics: compact mechanism actuation where a 29 g servo helps limit assembly weight.
  • Medical equipment and devices: compact mechanism movement using the slim housing and mounting tabs.
