Overview
The Kpower HC1510 is a low-profile coreless digital servo for RC car steering, robot joints and compact instrument mechanisms. Its metal gears and aluminum-alloy case combine with a 40.6 × 20 × 28.4 mm body and 60 g weight for space-conscious installations. Operating voltage is 4.8–8.4 V, with specified movement speeds of 0.12 s/60° at 6.0 V and 0.11 s/60° at 7.4 V.
Features
- Coreless motor with digital servo control.
- Low-profile aluminum-alloy case and metal gears.
- Potentiometer position sensing with a 3 µs dead band.
- 25T, Ø6 mm horn spline and two ball bearings.
- 120° travel angle, with customization indicated.

Applications
- RC car steering: Low-profile installation in RC car models, including the listed “1/10 Scale Drift Short Truck” application, where compact dimensions help with packaging.
- Robot joints and intelligent grippers: Position-controlled movement using potentiometer feedback, with a 120° travel range for limited-angle mechanisms.
- Industrial endoscopes and smart industrial instruments: Compact mechanism actuation where the 40.6 × 20 × 28.4 mm body helps fit a servo into constrained assemblies.
- Medical-device mechanisms: Compact actuation in device assemblies that call for a low-profile servo.
- Fixed-wing and VTOL fixed-wing drones: Control-linkage actuation using a 60 g servo with voltage-specific movement speeds for mechanism selection.
