Overview
The Kpower MB0090 is an analog micro servo motor for RC models, fixed-wing model aircraft, robot toys and educational mechanisms. Standard PWM control supports positioning tasks, while its precision-machined metal gear train and plastic housing combine geared actuation with a weight of 12.5 g ± 1 g. A 25T, 4.8 mm output spline provides the mechanical connection for suitable servo horns and linkages.
Features
- Analog servo with standard PWM control.
- Precision-machined, multi-stage metal gear train with impact-resistant gearing.
- Plastic housing and lightweight micro-servo construction.
- Brushed DC motor and potentiometer position sensor.
- One ball bearing supporting the output assembly.
- Three-contact lead connector with orange, red and brown wires.

Applications
- RC models and fixed-wing model aircraft: Position control linkages using standard PWM commands and a lightweight servo mechanism.
- Robot toys and STEAM education: Build moving joints and demonstrate servo positioning with potentiometer feedback and geared output.
- 3D-printer mechanisms: Actuate auxiliary positioning linkages using PWM control and a horn matched to the 25T, 4.8 mm output spline.
- Medical-equipment mechanism development: Provide geared positioning for prototype mechanisms using analog PWM control.
Installation and Selection
Confirm wire length, control-type requirements and position-sensor requirements with the supplier before integration. Match the servo horn to the 25T, 4.8 mm output spline.
