The OVONIC CR 4S LiPo battery pack (6500mAh, 14.8V) is a hardcase battery with a Deans (T) discharge plug designed for 1/8 scale RC cars, including RC buggies and RC truggies. It combines high capacity with a 50C discharge rating for demanding RC driving such as racing, bashing, and off-road use.

Key Features

  • 6500mAh capacity: Supports longer runtime per charge for 1/8 scale RC vehicles.
  • 50C discharge rate: Rated for high current output; theoretical continuous current up to 325A (50C × 6.5Ah).
  • Hardcase protection: Better physical protection than soft packs for RC car use.
  • Connector set for RC cars: Deans (T) discharge plug plus JST-XHR-5P balance/charge plug.
  • 4S1P configuration: 14.8V nominal for platforms that require a 4S LiPo battery pack.

Safety & Charging Notes

  1. Fitment depends on matching voltage and plug type.
  2. Stop charging if any cell reaches 4.2V; normal cell voltage is 3.7V to 4.2V.
  3. Before use, check the battery condition and confirm voltage is normal.
  4. If a new battery does not hold a full charge or loses charge quickly, use a balance charger and cycle it several times.
