Overview
The Kpower DMC808 is a coreless micro servo for RC models, compact robots and positioning mechanisms. Its 23.2 × 12 × 23.8 mm aluminum-alloy case houses metal gears and potentiometer position sensing. Operating voltage is 4.8–8.4 V, with PWM, TTL and RS-485 control protocols specified. Weighing 27.5 g, it suits space-conscious installations such as robotic grippers, camera positioning assemblies and small automated mechanisms.
Features
- CNC aluminum-alloy case with high-precision metal gears.
- High-speed coreless motor, potentiometer position sensing and two ball bearings.
- PWM, TTL and RS-485 control protocols; digital and analog PWM communication.
- Mounting tabs at opposite ends of the case for mechanical installation.
- Splined output shaft with a threaded center hole and a three-wire lead.

Applications
- RC cars and helicopters: actuate compact control linkages using the micro-size case and splined output shaft.
- Micro robots and bionic robots: position small joints and mechanisms where the 27.5 g weight and compact dimensions help manage installation space and moving mass.
- Robotic and intelligent grippers: drive opening and closing linkages through the metal-geared output.
- UAV drones, smart cameras and smart camera gimbals: position lightweight mechanisms or camera assemblies where a compact servo is needed.
- Industrial automation and smart homes: operate small positioning mechanisms using a suitable control interface.
- Intelligent medical devices: actuate compact positioning mechanisms; this application does not imply medical certification or suitability for a particular medical device.
