Overview

The EZRUN 4278SD G2R Motor is a sensored motor designed to match the EzRun MAX8 G2S ESC. When paired, the ESC can identify the matching motor to form a sensored power system for improved control feel, and to enable motor overheat protection.

  • Rotor uses four high-strength, high-temperature-resistant sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with widened magnetic tiles for strong torque and stable output.
  • Independent magnetic ring helps the Hall sensor output a pure rotor position signal and avoid sensor signal interference for stable sensor-mode operation.
  • High output efficiency helps reduce temperature and deliver more power under the same load.
  • Construction highlights: CNC-machined aluminum housing, high-purity copper windings, advanced rotor structure, 0.2mm silicon steel laminations, stainless steel output shaft, high-precision bearings.
  • Innovative sensor interface and rubber-covered bearings for improved waterproofing and dustproofing versus traditional sensored motors.
  • Supports higher RPM: maximum speed up to 60,000 RPM; 9% increase compared to the G2 motor; rotor durability further enhanced.
