Overview

The T-Motor Navigator MN601-S KV170 is a brushless UAV motor for multirotor and fixed-wing (including VTOL) aircraft. It features a centrifugal-fan cooling structure and an IP45 protection grade design intended for operation in demanding environments.

Key Features

  • Cooling design: Centrifugal fan design of bell cap actively cools the motor; divergent and upward fin design of motor base enlarges the heat dissipation area.
  • Heat dissipation: Heat dissipation performs 15% better than ordinary motors.
  • High-temperature materials: Manual winding with special varnished wires of high temperature resistance; high-temperature resistant magnets for heat and overload resistance.
  • Protection grade:IP45 semi-closed design with grid-shaped ventilation structure for dust/debris protection while maintaining ventilation.
  • Anti-rust / anti-corrosion treatment: Alloy shaft, bearing, varnished wires, silicon steel sheet, magnet and bell treated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion technology.
  • Locking method: T shape shaft secured with a circlip and a screw for “Double Security” against rotor looseness under high RPM and power.
  • Shaft and bearings: 6mm steel shaft and big bearings for impact resistance, stability and lifetime.
  • Magnet structure: Anti-high temperature curved magnets with tolerance control and rational magnet spacing; motor performance improvement noted as 5%+.
