Compact 36GP-3530 planetary gear motor

The Jiali Motor 36GP-3530 combines a short 31 mm brushed DC motor section with a metal planetary gearbox. Choose 12V or 24V operation, one of ten no-load output speeds, a 6 mm or 8 mm output shaft, and the accessory package for your project. The illustrated motor has two power terminals; no encoder is specified.

Choose your configuration

Select the rated DC voltage and no-load output speed, output shaft diameter, and accessory package. Actual speed decreases under load. Package names specify exactly which accessories are included.

Specifications

Selectable no-load output speeds: 8, 12, 16, 28, 43, 73, 120, 222, 429 and 1154 RPM.
Supply: 12V DC or 24V DC according to the selected variant.
Output shaft: 6 mm or 8 mm diameter. Detailed dimensions are provided for the 8 mm version only.

The supplier lists power and current independently; they do not consistently match voltage multiplied by current. Confirm electrical demand for your application rather than treating the listed wattage as a verified input-power rating. Stall figures in the detail charts are limits, not continuous operating ratings.

Wiring and operation

Use a DC supply matching the selected motor voltage. Do not connect the motor directly to household AC. Reversing the motor leads changes rotation direction; a compatible controller can provide speed and direction control. Electronic speed reduction may reduce available torque. Select using loaded operating figures and avoid overload or stalled operation.

Power-supply plug type, input range and controller electrical ratings are not specified in the source. The optional speed controller is not described as a closed-loop position controller. Confirm compatibility for your installation.

Optional mounting bracket

The illustrated bracket is 45 mm high, with a 41.5 mm base length, 40 mm width and 3 mm thickness. It has a 22.2 mm center aperture, four 3.2 mm motor mounting holes on a 28 mm pitch circle, and four 4.2 mm base holes with 24.5 x 30 mm spacing. It is included only in packages that name a bracket.

Operating notes

The supplier lists a -10°C to 70°C temperature range, approximately 55 dB operating noise and 24-hour continuous use. Test conditions, duty load and cooling requirements are not specified. Confirm suitability for continuous operation under your actual load. No IP or waterproof rating is provided.
