Overview
CubeMars R60 KV115 Motor is a 3-phase motor specified for exoskeleton applications and FOC (field-oriented control) drive. It features an integrated hall-sensor design and connector-based installation for simplified wiring and assembly.
Key Features
- Integrated with hall sensors; electrical angle accuracy deviation: ±10°
- Special heat dissipation design: ultra-thin base and high thermal conductivity silicone pad; reduced overall length and improved heat dissipation
- Pattern hole design on the bell to help install harmonic gearbox, flange, or other types of gearbox (as stated in product materials)
- Connector design for easier installation; connector design replaces traditional wires to optimize installation
- Connectors referenced in product materials: SM05B and MR30
- Motor operation chart (48 V) provided in product materials: continuous torque region up to 0.75 Nm; peak torque marked at 2.3 Nm
- Note from product materials: “Higher torque (2.3–11 Nm) … special for heavy-load legged robots.” For this R60 KV115 Motor, the provided specification lists peak torque as 2.3 Nm.

Details

Built for FOC control, the R60 KV115 motor uses a compact round form factor with multiple mounting holes for robotics integration.

Integrated Hall sensors support stable commutation feedback, with electrical angle accuracy deviation specified at ±10°.

A heat-spreading base design helps move heat away from the motor to support sustained operation in compact assemblies.

Patterned holes on the bell simplify mounting a harmonic gearbox, flange, or other gearbox types without custom adapters.

Connector-based installation keeps wiring cleaner, using an SM05B port for Hall signals and an MR30 connector for 3-phase power.

At 48V, the operating map indicates up to 0.75 Nm continuous torque and a 2.3 Nm peak region for short-term loads.
