2205 Motors Collection is a time-tested standard for 5-inch FPV racing and freestyle drones, delivering a balance of power, agility, and reliability. Supporting 3S–6S LiPo with KV ratings from 2004KV to 2600KV, popular motors include iFlight XING 2205, Racerstar BR2205, BrotherHobby R3.5 2205, and Hypetrain Bubby 2205. These motors typically weigh 25–31g, feature M5 shafts, 12N14P stators, and 12×12 or 16×16mm mounting. They pair well with 5040–5145 tri-blade props, offering up to 800g+ thrust.
