Overview
The Argon NEO 5 is an aluminum alloy case customized for Raspberry Pi 5, featuring a built-in PWM cooling fan and side ventilation to help speed up heat dissipation. The top cover uses aluminum alloy for heat conduction, while the bottom cover/base is plastic (ABS injection material). All cutouts are aligned to Raspberry Pi 5 interfaces for protected installation without blocking external connections.

- Two versions available: Standard version and M.2 version (top covers are the same; bottom covers differ).
- Built-in PWM speed adjustable cooling fan with multiple ventilation holes; top cover is removable/sliding design.
- Fan wiring (line sequence): Red (+), Black (-), Blue (PWM), Yellow (FG).
- PWM fan size: 30*30*8mm. (Comparison shown: normal fan 30*30*7mm.)
- 4-PIN JST interface (stated to help prevent reverse connection).
- Material construction: black aluminum alloy top cover + ABS injection bottom cover; designed for heat conduction.
- Integrated power button; equipped with 4 anti-slip pads (manual installation noted).
- Interface access reserved: DSI/CSI interface, UART connector, PCIe interface, RTC power interface, 40Pin GPIO interface, Type-C power interface, microHDMI interface, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, Ethernet interface.
- Designed specifically for Raspberry Pi 5: cases are not universal for Raspberry Pi 4B/3B+ due to different interfaces.
- Standard version: SD card supported, with a hidden SD card slot cover on the base to help protect the SD card.
- M.2 version: supports installation of an M.2 solid state drive and connects via the Raspberry Pi 5 PCIe slot (only for Argon NEO 5 M.2 version). Stated support: SSD with M.2 Key B and M.2 Key B+M SATA interface; M.2 SATA SSD are noted as not supported.
