Overview
The Kpower DHV300 is a digital servo motor for positioning tasks in RC models, robotic mechanisms and smart-home linkages. It operates at 6.0–7.4 V and provides 180° ± 3° travel, with listed stall torque of 30.6 ± 0.20 kg·cm at 7.4 V. A brushless motor, aluminum-alloy gears and a 7075 aluminum middle case support a mechanically integrated servo design with a splined output and slotted mounting tabs.
Features
- DHV300 digital servo, marked HV DIGITAL and classified as a high-torque model.
- Brushless motor with aluminum-alloy gears.
- 7075 aluminum middle case.
- Splined output shaft with a central threaded opening for attaching a suitable linkage or horn.
- Mounting tabs with four open-ended mounting slots.
- 900–2100 μs control signal range, 3 μs dead band and 50–333 Hz refresh frequency.

Applications
- RC car steering and aircraft control linkages: the splined output provides a linkage attachment point, while 180° ± 3° travel supports angular positioning within the mechanism’s required range.
- Robotic arm and joint linkages: digital positioning and the voltage-specific torque values support selection for mechanisms requiring controlled angular movement.
- Smart-home mechanisms: use the servo’s angular travel to position a suitably designed mechanical linkage within the 6.0–7.4 V operating range.
