Overview
The Yunshis SDFM Series is a medium & long range laser ranging module designed for distance measurement and secondary development via UART / IIC (I2C) communication interfaces. Models cover measuring ranges of 100/200/300/600/1500 m (at 90% reflectivity), with 905 nm laser wavelength and Class 1 laser safety class.

Yunshis SDFM series laser ranging modules support secondary development over UART or I2C, with model ranges from 100 to 1500 m at 90% reflectivity.

Designed for indoor or outdoor integration, the module operates on 9–36 VDC and is rated for -20 to +60 °C environments with strong electromagnetic interference resistance.


Wiring uses a 5-pin lead for 9–36 V power and UART signal connections (TX/RX plus signal ground) to simplify integration into robotics and control systems.

Compact 33 × 34 × 18 mm housing with four M2 mounting points helps fit the sensor into tight robotics, UAV, and industrial enclosures.
