Overview
This ESP32-S3 WiFi camera module integrates an ESP32-S3 solution and a 2MP camera for real-time wireless video transmission and AI visual recognition. After power-on, it can automatically release a 2.4G WiFi hotspot (AP mode) or connect to an existing WiFi network (STA mode), enabling real-time viewing on a mobile phone or computer. The module supports serial communication for integration with MCU platforms and can be configured with an optional fixed bracket or optional 2DOF PTZ.
Key Features
- Wireless video transmission: Real-time image transmission via 2.4 GHz WiFi.
- Two working modes: AP mode (module spontaneous hotspot) and STA mode (module connected to WiFi); modes can be switched flexibly or enabled at the same time.
- AI visual recognition: Built-in color threshold segmentation algorithm and lightweight convolutional neural network method.
- AI vision functions: Cat(dog) detection, person recognition, color recognition, face detection, QR code recognition, visual line tracking.
- Control options: Optional fixed bracket or optional 2DOF PTZ (supports adjust viewing angle horizontally and vertically).
- Interfaces: Serial port interface and IIC interface; supports serial port instructions/commands.
- Enclosure: External blue and white ABS plastic case; compatible with building block parts.
- Remote control APP: Supports iOS/Android system; iOS app name shown as “Yahboom Cam”.
- Web monitoring: Supports web monitoring (note: if watching video in full screen on a computer, the video will freeze).
- Antenna: Internal independent antenna; high quality patch antenna (enhanced signal stability, anti-interference ability and penetration).
