The Jiali Motor 45GP-45ZY combines a brushed DC motor with a metal planetary gearbox for machinery, automation projects and robotics. Choose 12V or 24V, a no-load output speed from 8 to 1600 RPM, an 8 mm or 10 mm shaft, and the accessory package that fits your installation.

Wiring and operation

Use a DC supply matching the selected motor voltage. Do not connect the motor directly to household AC power. Connect a compatible controller's supply input with the marked polarity and connect the motor to its motor output. Reverse the motor leads to reverse direction, or use the controller's direction switch if fitted.

A larger reduction ratio provides lower speed and higher torque. Electronic speed reduction may reduce available torque. Choose the motor using the loaded performance figures and avoid overload or stalled operation, which may damage the motor or gears.

For a suspended load, required static torque in kgf.cm is approximately load in kg multiplied by radius in cm; allow for acceleration, friction and the installation's operating conditions. The supplier quotes approximately 55 dB noise, varying with speed and load.
