555 Brushed DC Motor
The Jiali Motor 555 is a permanent-magnet brushed DC motor with a 3.175mm round shaft and a 15mm exposed shaft length. Choose 12V or 24V, a no-load speed of 3500, 5000 or 8000 RPM, and either an oil-impregnated sleeve bearing or dual ball bearings. Quantity packs contain 1, 2, 4 or 10 identical motors in the selected configuration.
Construction and Control
- Direct-drive motor with copper windings, permanent magnets and carbon brushes.
- Reversible rotation by swapping the two motor leads.
- Speed adjustment using a compatible external brushed-DC PWM controller, sold separately.
- Two bearing configurations are available; select the required Bearing option. Product photographs are reference views and do not identify every bearing version.

All dimensions are supplier reference values and may vary. The source drawing also includes a 5mm shaft version with a 66.50 ±0.05mm overall reference and 9.50mm shaft-plus-boss reference. That short-shaft drawing is reference-only: all selectable variants here have the 15mm shaft. Small shaft-tolerance markings in the source drawing are unclear; confirm any precision-fit requirement rather than assuming a tolerance.
Performance by Voltage and Speed
Option speeds are no-load speeds. Rated-load speed, torque and current are listed separately below. Torque is expressed in gf·cm, not kgf·cm. Stall values are limits, not continuous working ratings. The supplier does not provide separate performance tables for the two bearing options.

Wiring and Use
Use a DC supply matching the selected voltage. The source rear photo marks the positive terminal; confirm the actual motor marking before connecting. Swap the two motor leads to reverse rotation. With a controller, keep its supply polarity correct and follow its direction-control instructions. Stop before reversing direction.
Select by rated torque and allow for starting current when choosing a controller and supply. Do not stall or overload the motor: operation near stall can damage the windings or internal components. Speed drops with increased load, and reducing electrical speed can reduce available torque. Provide adequate ventilation and cooling.
