Configuration Guide
Choose the package first, then the voltage/winding and the ratio/output-face combination. “24150#” identifies a separate winding configuration; its performance differs from the high-torque winding at the same supply voltage. Flat-face and R-face describe different shaft-exit faces. Available combinations are limited to those shown in the selectors.
The motor label in example photographs shows a representative 12V, 161:1 unit. The selected option determines the supplied configuration. Match the power supply to the selected motor voltage. Resistance to back-driving depends on ratio and load; do not use the gearbox as an independently rated safety brake.
Performance by Winding and Voltage

Mechanical Dimensions and Wiring
Use the drawing for the selected output face before machining a mount or coupling. Check shaft projection, flat orientation, mounting holes and available terminal clearance. Dimensions in the drawings are in millimeters. The red-marked motor terminal denotes positive polarity in the illustrated connection.
The spade-terminal lead package provides a push-on connection. If soldering is necessary, limit heating to 2 seconds per motor terminal. Do not overload or stall the motor. Select it using rated torque at the required operating speed; excessive loading reduces output speed and may damage the gearbox. Operating noise varies with speed and load.
Applications
Suitable for compact automation mechanisms, model drives, robotics and other geared-motion projects when the selected speed, rated torque, supply voltage and mounting arrangement match the application. Check the required duty and operating point before integration.

FAQ
What is the difference between the two 12V winding choices?
The 12V 24150# and 12V high-torque choices have different speed and torque characteristics. Compare their separate performance tables at the required ratio.
Does Motor Only include a controller or power supply?
No. It includes one selected motor. Choose the corresponding accessory package for leads, a controller or a power supply.
Can the stall-torque figure be used as a continuous load rating?
No. Select the motor using its rated torque and operating speed, and avoid stalling the motor.
Are flat-face and R-face configurations mechanically interchangeable?
They place the output on different faces. Check the corresponding dimension drawing and shaft orientation before installation.
