Overview
The Kpower DSC090 is a low-profile digital coreless servo with metal gears for 1/10-scale RC trucks and compact positioning mechanisms. Its 40.9 × 20 × 25.5 mm body weighs 45 g, helping with installations where mounting space matters. Torque and speed depend on supply voltage: at 6.0 V, the DSC090 provides 9.3 kg·cm torque and a speed of 0.08 s/60°.
Features
- Digital servo with a coreless motor and metal gears.
- Low-profile construction with mounting ears and a splined output shaft.
- 25T, Ø6 mm horn spline for attaching servo horns.
- Potentiometer position sensor and two ball bearings (2BB).
- Plastic and aluminum-alloy case with black outer covers and a gold-colored center housing.
- 120° travel range, with customization stated for travel angle.

Applications
- 1/10-scale RC trucks: Actuate steering linkages using the low-profile body where installation height is limited.
- Industrial automation: Position compact mechanical linkages using the geared output and potentiometer position sensing.
- Smart industrial instruments: Move small adjustment mechanisms where the 45 g servo and compact housing suit the available space.
- VTOL fixed-wing drones: Actuate control linkages where a low-profile servo installation is required.
- Medical equipment: Provide mechanical positioning in compact equipment mechanisms using the geared servo output.
- Industrial endoscopes: Drive compact positioning linkages with the splined output and servo horns.
- Consumer electronics: Add controlled movement to compact mechanical assemblies using the digital coreless servo.
