Overview
The Kpower P0050 is a 5 g PWM micro servo for small RC models, miniature robots and compact positioning projects. Its coreless motor, POM plastic gears and potentiometer feedback are housed in a plastic case measuring 21.5 × 11.8 × 20.9 mm. Operation spans 4.8–8.4 V, with voltage-specific torque and speed ratings to support selection for lightweight mechanisms.
Features
- Coreless DC brushed motor with potentiometer position feedback.
- POM plastic gears and a black plastic housing with mounting tabs and mounting holes.
- 5 g construction for weight-sensitive models and miniature mechanisms.
- Standard PWM control through a three-wire lead with black, red and white wires.
- Dual ball bearings, specified as 2BB.
- Low-noise design.

Applications
- Micro RC aircraft and flying toys: Use the 5 g servo for lightweight control-linkage actuation in RC airplanes and throwing foam-plane projects, where actuator mass and installation space matter.
- Micro RC cars: Build compact steering mechanisms, including 1/24-scale car projects, using the small housing and PWM control.
- RC helicopters and boats: Actuate small control linkages with a compact servo that provides voltage-specific torque and speed ratings.
- Miniature robotics: Drive small joints or linkages in mini bionic robots, robot toys and small wheeled robots with potentiometer position feedback.
- Arduino robot kits and STEAM education: Demonstrate PWM-controlled mechanical movement in compact educational assemblies.
- Micro camera gimbals: Position lightweight camera mechanisms using a small, 5 g actuator.
- Smart-home and micro industrial automation prototypes: Add controlled movement to small mechanisms using PWM control and the compact mounting-tab housing.
Installation and Requirements
- Use a supply within the specified 4.8–8.4 V operating range. The published torque and speed values above apply specifically at 4.8 V and 6.0 V.
- Enquire about wire length, control type, position-sensor requirements and travel customization before specifying a customized assembly.
