The motor-body length reference is45.5 mm and overall width reference is29.5 mm. No102 is the short-shaft configuration. No123 has its own11.1V/14.8V references; the other numbered choices show7.4V/11.1V references. Match the complete model and actual mechanical clearance rather than using one drawing for all variants.
Electrical Operating Points
| Model | Voltage | No-load current A | Stall torque mN·m | Stall current A |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 114 | 11.1V | 1.8 | 395.68 | 66.875 |
| 113 | 11.1V | 2.8 | 232 | 69.2 |
| 102 | 11.1V | 2.8 | 232 | 69.2 |
No-load, efficiency, maximum-output and stall figures describe separate operating conditions. No114 performance values below apply only to No114 at11.1V; do not apply them to the other motor choices. Stall figures are transient references, not continuous operating ratings. Avoid prolonged stall and provide a suitable driver, power system and current protection.
| Operating point | Reference values |
|---|---|
| No114 at11.1V,maximum-efficiency point | 69.9% efficiency;55.766 mN·m torque;16322 rpm;10.972 A;85.10 W output |
| No114 at11.1V,maximum-output point | 197.839 mN·m torque;10026 rpm;32.54 A;175.723 W output |
Model Construction
No114,113 and102 use N35H magnets, a heat-resistant nylon end cap, ball-bearing construction and MIM steel bevel pinion. No123 uses N52 magnets, a CNC-machined thermally conductive aluminum-alloy rear cap, carbon brushes, an enclosed magnetic shell, ball bearings and dynamic balancing. No130 Alpha and131 Beta use N35H magnets, eight angled cooling slots, a nylon end cap, carbon brushes, ball bearings and dynamic balancing. Compatibility with external control electronics depends on the intended system; no controller is built into the bare motor.
Installation and Power
Check motor length, shaft projection, pinion engagement and terminal clearance against the intended assembly. Observe terminal polarity and use a power supply or battery and driver able to support the selected load and startup current. A spring-loaded motor/pinion assembly is shown in the model photographs; confirm mechanical fit before installation. Keep metal parts clear of the electrical terminals. Do not overload or sustain a stall.
Applications
Suitable for compatible ATM-style model drive mechanisms and compact high-torque motor assemblies requiring the selected pinion, shaft length and speed. The terms high torque and low speed are relative to this motor family and do not indicate a built-in reduction gearbox.
What's Included
One selected numbered motor with its illustrated pinion and shaft assembly. The storage case is a packaging reference where illustrated. A motor driver, controller, battery, power supply, gearbox and complete model mechanism are not included.
FAQ
Which option has the short shaft?
No102 has a15.5 mm shaft/pinion projection reference and74 mm overall length. The other choices use the long-shaft arrangement.
Do all variants share the No114 performance table?
No. The detailed maximum-efficiency and maximum-output figures apply only to No114 at11.1V. Use the model-specific speed and electrical references.
Does the motor include a reduction gearbox?
No. It is a brushed DC motor with a pinion for a separate compatible drive mechanism.
