The Hangkai Microelectronic HKVL-A50 is a hollow-center six-axis force/torque sensor for robotic wrists, contact-force measurement and test integration. Its 50mm-diameter, 12.5mm-high body provides a central opening for routing through the sensor. This listing offers the alloy-steel A50D and A50E, each with an internal or external signal-board configuration.

Choose external signal board or internal signal board in the option label. These are separate configurations; an external board must not be assumed to fit inside the sensor. Ratings apply individually to the named axes. Force range, moment range and overload limit are not robot payload ratings.
Hollow Alloy-Steel Construction
The supplier describes a forged and precision-machined, one-piece alloy-steel load-transfer structure with variable wall thickness. The hollow center and sensing beams form a continuous load path. Supplier illustrations emphasize multi-axis calibration, temperature compensation, low cross-coupling and graphical PC software. The physical photographs show different faces of the same family; two pictured views do not indicate two sensors in the package.

FS means full scale. These are supplier specifications, not independent test results. The source option labels do not identify the delivered interface, voltage or sample-rate configuration. Confirm these for the selected internal/external board before integration; the capability list does not mean every protocol is included simultaneously. No bore diameter, mounting-hole dimensions or pinout is established by the saved materials. Sensor mass does not include a specified weight for an external signal board or packaging.
Series Reference: A50A / B / C
The retained supplier graphic also shows A50A, A50B and A50C, which are not selectable here. Their respective Fx/Fy/Fz ratings are 50/100/150N per axis and moments 3/5/8N·m per axis. Those reference versions use aluminum alloy, 0.03% FS resolution and 0.5% FS accuracy. Do not transfer those better resolution/accuracy figures to the offered alloy-steel D/E versions.
