Overview
The Kpower P0025 is a 2.5 g coreless micro servo motor for compact RC models, small aircraft and micro-toy mechanisms. Its 19.8 × 8.2 × 18.9 mm body fits space-constrained builds, while PWM control supports position commands through a three-position lead. POM gears, dual ball bearings and potentiometer feedback form the positioning mechanism. Operating voltage is 4.8–8.4 V, with voltage-specific no-load speeds detailed below.
Features
- Lightweight, translucent plastic housing with mounting tabs and screw holes for compact installations.
- Coreless motor with POM plastic gearing for smooth motion and low-noise operation.
- Potentiometer position feedback and dual ball bearings (2BB).
- Standard PWM control through a three-position connector with black, red and white wires.
- 185 mm lead and a 20-tooth, 3.6 mm diameter output spline.
- 120° ± 5° travel; travel-angle customization is indicated, but is not a separate listed selection.

Applications
- RC aircraft and hand-launch gliders: Position small control linkages where the 2.5 g weight and compact body help limit installation mass and space.
- RC car models: Drive compact steering or auxiliary linkages using PWM position control and the 20T output spline.
- Small drones: Actuate small auxiliary mechanisms where a lightweight servo and 185 mm lead suit a compact layout.
- Micro toys and DIY RC models: Add controlled movement to miniature mechanisms with a 120° ± 5° travel range.
- Multi-legged bionic and biomimetic robots: Position small leg or linkage mechanisms using potentiometer feedback in a compact actuator.
- Smart door-lock mechanisms: Move small internal linkages where compact dimensions and PWM positioning are useful.
- Smart wearable devices: Actuate miniature moving elements where low mass and a small installation footprint matter.
