This T-motor MF1302 polymer propeller features a hybrid design with lightweight, durable carbon fiber components that provide a high density and low moment of inertia.
Choose with Ease: The Clear Naming Convention allows for easy selection of the most suitable propeller for your multi-rotor application, specifically designed for MF1302R Multi (propellers suitable for multi-rotors) counterclockwise rotation (CCW), ideal for use with loads up to 2kg, providing a maximum thrust.
The X-Carbon props are constructed using a combination of carbon fiber and polymer materials, featuring reinforced structures made with epoxy and abrasives that provide protection against ultraviolet radiation.
After comparing over 10 design options, our final choice for the propeller was determined based on optimal performance under targeted operating conditions. To further analyze the structural integrity, we employed finite element analysis and simulated fluid loads to ensure robustness and efficiency.
By applying topology optimization technology, T-MOTOR simplified the structure design through specific strength schemes obtained via Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) finite element analysis. This optimized design enables infinite potential in limited space, allowing the structural deformation to absorb energy from impacts.
The same high-strength steel used for the motor shaft helps prevent spindle and screw flexing, while the PTFE spacer, crafted from lightweight yet durable 7075 aluminum alloy with an anodizing treatment, offers rust-resistance and exceptional toughness.
The R&D team at T-MOTOR has optimized the magnetic circuit design of their motors and Alpha ESCs to provide an exceptional flying experience with fast and responsive control.
The superior texture was designed to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional durability.
To install the propellers, fix them securely to the motors using Nylok fasteners (MF140Z). Ensure the blades are properly spread apart, and fold the blades after landing to prevent damage before taking off again.
