I seriously want to love this drone. A. Problem is the drone will not download photos onto my phone reliably. Sometimes photos download right away, other times it is a series of rebooting the aircraft controller and phone over and over again till the downloaded files show up. B. Days after getting the drone gimble tilt control stopped working on the controller. I offered my credit card as a guarantee for a rapidly shipped controller they did not offer. After needless days of delay Autel did replace the controller.
