The Cuav Can Pmu employs the standard UAVCAN digital communication protocol, enabling the transmission of all information digitally. This approach avoids the errors commonly encountered with traditional analog-to-digital conversion (ADC), which can be easily attenuated and interfered.
The Cuav Can Pmu utilizes its self-developed ITT (Impedance Temperature Track) algorithm to mitigate measurement errors resulting from changes in impedance due to varying operating temperatures.
The Cuav Can Pmu enables real-time calculation of power consumption and instantaneous power usage. This accurate data can be transmitted to the flight controller for safer and more controllable flight missions. Additionally, the module features a built-in voltage regulator with an LT8645S chip, supporting up to 62V input and providing a stable output of 5.4V at 8A via a synchronous buck converter.
