The board features an ultra-thick copper layer printed circuit board (PCB) that provides exceptional current-carrying capacity. Additionally, the windowed tin plating minimizes internal resistance and enhances heat dissipation, ensuring optimal performance.
The standard unregulated battery eliminator circuit (UBEC) on the distribution board has a limited output capacity of 1-2 amps. In contrast, our CAN PDB carrier board offers a regulated output that can be precisely controlled to provide up to 6A at 12V or 4A at 12V/6A, with a total power delivery of 78 watts.
Introducing the CAN PDB, CUAV's new integrated flight controller carrier board. This innovative board offers automated driving capabilities for various devices, while its ultra-thick copper and thick tin-plated PCB design enables it to provide up to 180 amps of continuous working current for any connected device.
The CUAV CAN PDB Carrier Board features the following hardware specifications: * Processor: STM32F4I2, operating at 48MHz * Memory: 512KB Flash, 256KB RAM * Input voltage range: 15-62V (with 4-15S LiPo support) * Current measurement accuracy: 0-110A * Current range: + Maximum current: 0-180A + Voltage regulator: - SV (stable): up to 8A output - 12V (stable): up to 4A output, with a stable 3.5A output * Servo channels: 13 * Remote control input: PPM receiver signal support for DSM, SBUS, and RSSI
The CUAV CAN PDB Carrier Board includes the following components in its packing list: * I2C/CAN cable (1 piece) * ADC 3.3V cable (1 piece) * Type-C cable (1 piece) for connection to the PW-Link module * CAN extension board (1 piece) with a Dupont cable (1 piece) * PPM cable (1 piece) * Hexagonal screws (6 pieces, M3 size) * Nylon columns: + Male connectors (12 pieces, M3 size) + Female connectors (12 pieces, M3 size) Note: The 'x' notation is often used to indicate a quantity or multiplier, but I've written it out in words for clarity.
