The T8FB (BT) has a control distance of approximately 2,000 meters (1.24 miles) in open air environments. It uses the same Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) algorithm as the AT9S Pro, with a pseudo-random frequency sequence hopping across 67 channels.

The optimal design of the PCB layout ensures a maximum PWM jitter of 1.84 microseconds, which is significantly lower than the standard of just 0.5 microseconds. The same joysticks used in this product are identical to those found in the AT9S Pro.
